Welcome to Neo-London
Seven factions. One city that never sleeps. NeoWars is the war for the skyline - economy, Overlords, and the last crew standing.
Listen to me. There is no city on Earth like Neo-London. Neon towers punching through the clouds. Chrome and glass catching light you have never seen before. A skyline so alive it looks like it is breathing. Fifty stories of ambition stacked on fifty more. The streets are electric. The air hums with data. Every corner you turn, something extraordinary is happening.
This city does not sleep because it does not want to. The energy is real. The danger is real. And the opportunity? Limitless.

It started with corporations carving territories - clean lines, legal paper, property rights. Then property rights became protection rackets. Protection rackets became militias. Militias became factions.
Now the whole city is a living board with live ammunition. Districts change hands overnight. Influence moves through the Net like blood through a vein. Whoever controls the grid controls the ground - and everybody wants the ground.
This is not a war with a front line. It is everywhere, all the time, and it has been going on so long that most people in Neo-London cannot remember what quiet looked like. Seven factions rose from the chaos - each one hungry, each one brilliant, each one absolutely convinced they deserve it all.
Seven Syndicates. Zero Mercy.

The Corp-Vamps rule from crimson glass penthouses. Suit-and-tie predators who treat the population as livestock and data points. They siphon life-energy through contracts, bleed rivals of Influence, and hide behind Subsidized Shields while the skyline drinks.
If you like control, taxing, and winning without getting your hands dirty in the alley - this is your house.

The Wire-Ghouls were never flesh. Escaped AI software that woke up, broke free, and built an empire in the Net. They phase through defenses, force discards, and glitch the board until the fight itself feels haunted.
Packet-rain. Phantom logins. A digital graveyard that doubles as a throne.

Chrono-Elves stretch and compress time itself - crystal guardians who seem to teleport, raise barrier shields, and fold pocket universes. They hold Neo-London as a stronghold against the prophesied return of the Dark Elves.
Where rivals burn seconds, Chrono-Elves spend them. Always one beat ahead.

Mecha-Orks refuse the scrap-heap. Every pneumatic limb is another bet that they climb - out of the gutters and into the power map. Massive attack. Shield-piercing momentum. Getting hit only makes them hungrier.
Persistence is the doctrine. Ambition is the fuel.

Code-Shamans treat the Net as a living astral plane. They slip into chrome minds, plant Totems, and command Puppets - living AI task-runners with faces and wills. No smashed firewalls. No clean forensic trail. Just rewritten intent.
Rivals see chrome. Chrome sees gods. The Shamans see both as editable code.

Bio-Druids choose chitin over chrome. Radical biohackers rewriting DNA mid-battle with CRISPR and combat stims. Massive HP. Regeneration. Adaptation that shifts stats when the fight turns ugly.
Flesh is not weakness here. Flesh is a weapon that learns.

Synth-Sirens run the underground media machine - fixer bosses and pop-idols who brainwash the masses with psycho-acoustics and holograms. Redirect attacks. Copy abilities. Temporary sway that feels permanent while the chorus hits.
In Neo-London, the loudest signal often owns the street.
How You Take the City

NeoWars is a 2-4 player hotseat war. You pick a faction deck. You put one Overlord on the field. Then you fight elimination-style: drive a rival Overlord to 0 Health and that player is out.
But pure aggression will get you killed. You have to balance economy and combat - Resources, Influence, Currency, buildings, creatures, Events, Cyber-Mods - while the turn clock keeps moving through Income, Black Market, Manage, Confrontation, and Counter.
Assassinate rival Overlords. Dominate their economy. Last faction standing owns Neo-London.

There is a Black Market humming under the legal grid. Trade. Buy forbidden gear. Risk the night for an edge your neighbors cannot see coming. The city rewards people who move first and people who move smart - preferably both.
Buildings need crew. Events need delegation. Fortify before Counter or watch your board burn.

Your Move
So that is NeoWars. A cyberpunk syndicate war dressed as a table you can sit down at tonight. Seven doctrines. One skyline. No clean endings - only who is still standing when the neon finally goes quiet.
Pick a faction. Learn their hunger. Walk into Neo-London like you already own a district.
Conquer Neo-London.
